Short answer: Robinson is in the southeast corner of Leduc, east of Highway 2. On Oct 4, 2026 there were 17 new and 8 resale detached family homes listed. In the 90 days before that, 6 detached family homes sold for $465,000 to $640,000, with a median of $476,249. Prices change often with market conditions and world events.

A park in the middle
A pond, walking trails, a playground and a toboggan hill sit at the centre of the neighbourhood. In winter the City keeps an outdoor rink at Mark Hayduk Park.
More lots coming
In April 2025 the City rezoned a new stage for 120 lots, mostly duplex and single detached with some townhouse zoning, plus a park lot and a trail link.
Plan changes
Proposals in 2025 and 2026 would move multi-unit housing to the southwest corner, near C.W. Gaetz Road, and rearrange future parks. Ask what's planned beside any lot on that side.
Schools and recreation
Confirm the school for the exact address before you write an offer.
Public schools
I couldn't find a published attendance area for Robinson on the Black Gold School Division website. Call the division with the exact address before you write an offer.
Catholic schools
Catholic schools in Leduc are run by STAR Catholic Schools. Ask the division which school serves the address you're looking at.
Recreation

What that tells me: 17 new homes for sale against 3 sold in 90 days is a lot of supply, and the new homes had been listed for a median of 86 days. If you like a finished new home here, there's usually room to talk about price, upgrades or closing costs.
What I check on a new build in Robinson
I've worked in new construction for 25+ years, on the trades side and the sales side. I'm not a home inspector, engineer or lawyer, and I'll tell you when you need one.
What's in the price
GST, landscaping, fencing, the deck, appliances and blinds are handled differently by each builder. I line up the all-in cost so you can compare homes fairly.
The lot
Grading and drainage, lane or front garage, and what's planned behind and beside you. Backing onto the park or pond costs more, and the multi-unit sites are worth finding on the map first.
The paperwork
Possession dates, deposit terms, what the Alberta new home warranty covers, and the walkthrough before you take the keys.
