The Dinosaur Park
The playground is themed on a hadrosaur fossil that was found in the area in 2013. There are also about 2 km of paved paths and a storm pond.

Single-family homes with front garages or rear lanes, duplexes in both layouts, and rear-lane townhomes.
Still building
In September 2025 the City approved a stage of 54 lots south of Meadowview Boulevard for duplexes and narrow townhouses. Expect construction traffic near the newest streets.
Schools and recreation
Confirm the school for the exact address before you write an offer.
Public schools
Caledonia Park School (K to 7, Black Gold School Division) is on Coady Boulevard. I couldn't find a published attendance area for Meadowview Park, so confirm the designated school with the division.
Catholic schools
Catholic schools in Leduc are run by STAR Catholic Schools. Ask the division which school serves the address you're looking at.
Recreation
