Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent more than 20 years working in residential construction, including framing, renovations and full contract builds.

That experience shapes the way I help people buy homes today—especially new construction.

When I'm walking through a show home or reviewing a new build with a buyer, I'm not only looking at finishes and floor plans. I'm thinking about the lot, specifications, construction details, mechanical systems, upgrades, future costs and the decisions that may matter long after possession.

Buying a new-construction home is different from buying a resale property.

There are builders to compare, lots to choose, specifications to understand, upgrades to evaluate, contracts to review, construction walkthroughs, deficiencies, possession and warranty considerations.

My role is to help you understand those decisions so you can make an informed choice.

I can help you:

  • Identify questions to ask before signing a builder agreement
  • Work through walkthroughs and deficiency items

I work with buyers and sellers throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities, with a particular focus on new construction in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan and Devon.
